How to Take Radical Responsibility

Becoming the creator of your life

Happy Sunday 🌞

This week, I’m letting you in on something I haven’t shared publicly yet…

A sneak peek at a chapter from the physical print book I’m writing!!

I’m so excited about it, and I hope it resonates deeply. 💛

How to Take Radical Responsibility

Radical responsibility is the acknowledgement that you are, moving forward, taking full and total authority over what you can control in your life. This means:

  • Your mindset

  • Your relationship with yourself

  • The way you respond to others

  • Your habits

  • What thoughts you choose to focus on

Are now all within your control. No more can’ts or it’s hard. Yes, it is hard, but what’s harder is living in a way that isn’t aligned with your truest nature of love and joy.

Now… let’s jump right into it, shall we? Let’s not wait until you’re nearing the end of this book to dive into deep transformation.

Allow yourself to bring to mind something you are genuinely terrified to think about.

There must have been something that brought you to purchase this book and watch my videos.

It might feel like it’s constantly swimming around in the back of your mind, that if you stop for a moment, it’ll come back up. You might feel like you have to avoid it, push it back down to where it came from, or justify it with a thousand other thoughts.

Here, I’ll be vulnerable and go first: sometimes, out of seemingly nowhere, my mind will pick some random person from my past who I felt has done me dirty and loop over them constantly

I’ll be in a daze, out of my body for days to weeks at a time, since my thoughts are so consumed by rehearsing all the details of what happened with this person, all the while being consumed by intense fear in my body.

My throat swells, and my chest feels like it’s on fire. This has happened so regularly since I was 13 that I even named this complex pattern (see Part III, chapter 10, where I teach you how to do the same).

But the thought that is terrifying to think under all of this is that: I’m unsafe.

So, tell me a little bit about yours. Even just questioning & identifying the following questions can bring great awareness into your life:

What are the thoughts you are terrified to think?

How does your body respond to these thoughts? Where do you feel it?

Why do they feel so terrifying?

Now, here’s the kicker: taking radical responsibility means recognizing that you created this fear

Your particular series of choices, your behaviors, and specific neurochemistry created this reality for you.

Meaning… you will un-create this fear.

Also, pre-registration is now open for the Break the Loop program!!

If you’ve been in cycles of overthinking, replaying the past, or feeling emotionally stuck, this program was made for you.

I know how helpless that spiral can feel, and I created this so you can invest in your healing and break free.

Reply to this email with “break the loop” to get early access!!

For less than the price of a single therapy session (that you don’t even know will work for you), this is a deep dive with the exact tools and energetic shifts that helped me and my clients stop ruminating, heal emotional wounds, and finally feel grounded, peaceful, and back in control.

All the best always,

Emma ❤️
